Wedding Garden

Our beautiful Wedding Garden area overlooks the Illinois River and seats up to 75 people on the hand built wooden benches (made with wood from the land itself!) With overflow seating areas holding up to 150 total guests. The landscaped garden area includes a wooden footbridge that takes you into the wedding area, and an entrance archway for the wedding party to enter through. The stage itself is a beautiful hand-built semi circle, complete with a circular archway that is perfect for decorating to your specific theme.

By the River

We have a mile of the Illinois River that runs through the land.  We also have one of the most amazing swimming holes in all of Southern Oregon! Generally the river is used for photo shoots, but we have also seen wedding ceremonies take place here as well. There are a few different private riverside access points, both a deep swim hole for playing, and also a large flat rocky beach area that is perfect if you are envisioning your dream ceremony right on the rivers edge! 

Sauna

Our 8 person barrel sauna is one of the favorite spaces at Cedar Bloom. The sauna conveniently overlooks the river, which is perfect to run down and jump in for cold dips! The sauna seats upto 8 guests. It’s a perfect space to destress pre wedding! Use of the sauna is included for your party and all guests with the exclusive rental rate.

Stage

Our Sun/Moon stage can be used in a variety of ways. We have had bands and DJ’s perform on it, with the meadow in front serving as the perfect forest dance floor! The stage has also been used to host the wedding party for their dinner celebration, with all other tables for guests set up on the meadow in front of the stage. It’s up to you how you wish to use it, and it’s included in the rental rate!

A-Frames

Our 3 hand-built A-Frame cabins are super cozy at 100sf, with an additional deck that is great for yoga or napping. The cabins include 2 twin beds, which can be pushed together if desired, along with linen bedding. One side of the cabin, which is made of a unique clear window to the forest, can be opened fully, allowing you to sit among the trees while cozy in bed, or it can remain closed off to the elements while still providing a forest view. The A-Frames at Cedar Bloom are a Favorite for many wedding parties and guests. They’re also great for Photo opportunities! All 3 tiny cabins are included with exclusive rental of the property. Tea House

Our tea house is located right next to the wedding garden area. It is fully stocked with all sorts of medicinal herbs and teas. many grown from our own garden! The tea house can be used as you wish! In the past, this space has been used in a variety of ways - a pre-ceremony bar and waiting area, a space for appetizers and drinks pre and post-ceremony during the family photos, a space to hold the groomsmen before the wedding, or just a cozy area for your guests and wedding party to relax in while you are on the land.

Main Meadow

The main meadow is another space for you to creatively use for your celebration! The meadow is about an acre, which provides plenty of space to hold a large wedding ceremony. We have seen this space used to hold the ceremony itself, with chairs and our movable arbor all set up and decorated to create a dream wedding scene. Most commonly it is used as the reception area, where you can set up your dance floor or hold your dinner. During our off-season in November through May, this area holds our communal fire space.

Camp Store

Generally the Camp store serves as just that - a curated shop that holds goods and essentials from local artisans. We carry a variety of Camp goods in case you or your guests forget anything. This space is Great for photo opportunities as well, and has also been used as a place for the Groomsmen to get prepared pre-ceremony.

Tennis Court

Located in the middle of the forest, close to the main meadow is our “Tennis Court” area, which is basically a big slab of concrete. The area measures 80’ x 28’ and is a perfect place to hold your reception. There is nearby power for this area, and a fence surrounding 3 sides in case you want to hang lights around the court. We have seen this space used for dinner, dancing and more. For those colder months, many rent a giant wedding tent for this area and use heaters underneath to make things extra cozy!

Walk In Cooler

Our walk in cooler on site is every florists dream! Floral Arrangements can be made onsite the day of or even days before and the walk in cooler holds them perfectly. This Space can also be used to hold the food if the wedding meals are being prepared on the land. It can also be used as a general area to store guests food. Walk in Cooler measures 10x5’.

Shower Houses

We have 2 gorgeous hand-built shower houses here on the land with 12 showers total.  One shower house is more private (pictured above) and the other is our communal shower house which overlooks the river and has an open floorpan with 4 showers inside.  Many have shared that the Cedar Bloom bath house was the best shower they’ve ever taken! Use of both shower houses is included in the property rental.

Campground

Cedar Bloom is the perfect place to host your “Glamping” wedding multiple day campout. With 100 acres of land, we have plenty of space to hold all of your wedding guests overnight. With the exclusive rental, all of your guests are welcome to camp on the land for the days you have rented the property. RVs are also welcome, but we do not have RV hookups. We also have canvas tents available to rent for an additional cost. Our team can have these all set up for you, ready to receive your guests for your wedding experience! Out of town guests are also welcome to stay additional nights before or after the wedding, and can book through our hipcamp site if they’d like to extend their stay with us.

Composting Toilets

We have 8 Eco-Zoic composting toilets which means that all of your guests offerings go right back to the land to feed our fruit trees. These composting toilets have little to no smell and are kept super clean! You may want to consider renting additional toilets if you plan to have a wedding over 300 people or have lots of city folks coming that may not be used to the country livin’.

Rentals

We have a handful of items that you can rent directly from us including tables (50) chairs (75) and canvas tents (10).

Geodesic Dome

The Geodesic Dome is the perfect place to hold the Bride & Groom. A romantic and unique space complete with a Queen bed and cozy linens. Spend your first night together as husband and wife in this magical dome home. The geodesic dome is not included in the exclusive rental price, and can be rented for an additional $250 per night. One River Cabin

The One River Cabin is a cozy, newly remodeled two bedroom cabin nestled in the woods, and just a short 2 minute walk from the main wedding area. One room has two queen beds and the upstairs loft has a queen bed. The cabin comes with its own kitchen, dining area and bathroom with shower/tub. Enjoy the wood burning stove and heating unit in the winter, or the cool river just a short walk away in the summer! This space is generally used to hold the family of the wedding party. Rate is an additional $140 a night, and must be reserved at the time of main rental deposit. More photos and details can be found here.
